Any returned items must be in new condition. You must provide a copy of your receipt. You will be charged for additional shipping unless we shipped an incorrect or otherwise unsuitable item, in which case, Cold Spring will cover additional shipping charges to pick up and/or reship the item.
All items will be shipped from our facility in Cold Spring, MN via UPS unless otherwise noted. We will process and ship your order within three (3) to five (5) business days.
